As Campus continues to expand its reach and impact, we are seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, enrollment, and organizational growth. This role is marketing-first, combining campaign strategy, content development, digital marketing, and communications with stewardship of the Campus brand to ensure every initiative is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and consistently represented. The ideal candidate is both a strategic marketer and a strong finisherโ€”someone who can move ideas from concept to execution, measure results, and continually optimize efforts to advance Campus' mission.

Position Summary:
The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, support student recruitment, strengthen partner engagement, and advance organizational growth. This role leads integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels while serving as the steward of the Campus brand, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy, creating content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving projects through completion.ย 

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Communications:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support enrollment, partnerships, and organizational growth.
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create compelling marketing copy for websites, email communications, social media, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts surrounding conferences, recruitment events, and community engagement opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to maximize visibility, lead generation, and engagement before, during, and after conferences and events.
  • Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and expand market reach.

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

  • Manage and maintain website content while ensuring a consistent user experience and brand presence.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data and industry best practices.
  • Support digital advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives.

Brand Management & Creative Design:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Campus brand across all internal and external communications.
  • Design and oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Create graphics and visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Design and manage branded apparel, promotional merchandise, and event materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency across all platforms and communications.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to produce creative solutions that support organizational goals.

Project Management & Collaboration:

  • Manage multiple creative and marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, brand resources, and creative templates.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and higher education best practices.

Other Duties:

  • Participate in organizational initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience in marketing,communications, brand management,ย  graphic design, or a related role.
  • Proven success developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills across digital and print channels.
  • Experience managing website content and content management systems.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and social media management.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to move projects from concept through execution with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in higher education or an education-focused organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with photography, videography, or motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of print production and vendor management.
