The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $102,200 - $160,300, and for Eastern Washington varies between $89,000 - $136,600. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza Corp. intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

  • Own the DDWA website user experience strategy, standards, and roadmap.
  • Lead website performance strategy, analytics, testing, and optimization efforts. Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and A/B testing, leading configuration, event and conversion design, data governance and reporting; and translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Establish governance frameworks across all audiences (public member, provider, broker, employer), while ensuring it works seamlessly with digital platform portals.
  • Lead a team of Digital Marketing Managers and Content Developer.
  • Partner closely with IT (TriForza and 8West) on platform capabilities, integrations, innovations, feature enhancements, releases, and digital roadmap planning.
  • Translate cross-functional business needs into scalable digital solutions and priorities.
  • Drive collaboration and best practice sharing across departments, tenants and member companies.
  • Champion innovation in digital experience, personalization, accessibility, and measurement.
  • Continuously monitor digital experience industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies, and recommend updates that keep our site modern, competitive, and user-centered.
  • Hires, trains, manages, assesses, and develops team members to ensure that their job functions are performed effectively, and that they experience professional growth. Organizes, assigns, and monitors work to ensure that it is completed on time and with high quality

The experience, skills, and education needed to succeed in the position are outlined below. These requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the essential functions of the role.
  • Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore or similar enterprise CMS), including content models, workflows, templates, and publishing processes.
  • Solid understanding of website architecture, navigation systems, and information architecture design.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (GA4 or similar), dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO factors, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers and troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience partnering with IT and vendor teams on integrations, releases, and platform enhancements.
  • Familiarity with testing and optimization tools (e.g., A/B testing, UX testing, or personalization platforms) preferred.
  • 7 + years of experience in B2B and B2C digital experience, web strategy, or digital marketing, including experience in leadership.
  • Proven ability to connect business strategy, user experience, and technical execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence people at all levels across a matrix organization.
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • Experience in health care, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industry a plus.
