This is an onsite role in Franklin, TN
Here's some of what you will be doing...
  • Work within a CMS - and collaborate with other website managers - to manage K-LOVE and Air1 websites/apps.
  • Schedule and publish webpages, articles, graphics, forms, and other content onto the K-LOVE and Air1 websites and mobile apps.
  • Maintain SEO best practices and site maps, while pro-actively seeking ways to improve our rankings by performing audits of websites and content. Make recommendations and obtain approvals to implement suggested findings.
  • Use analytical insights and other digital KPIs to develop an understanding of the existing K-LOVE and Air1 audiences and create content to pursue new ones.
  • Work with Business Development team to recommend and/or create website/app product features.
  • Proactively seek ways to enhance the content management process and strive to implement innovative methods.
  • Work closely with Digital Content, Radio Programming, Technology, Donor Engagement, and other key stakeholders, to ensure campaigns have an integrated approach, are on brand, and deliver consistent messaging to advance the digital audience experience.
  • Monitor and report on website/app analytics and use data-driven decisions to create recommended strategies.
  • Participate in cross-channel planning methods including, but not limited to, rich content, editorial calendars, and creative brief outlines.
  • Collaborate with Digital Content Producers and Social Media Managers on comprehensive content campaigns, publishing times, content refreshes, and editorial changes.
  • Conduct and coordinate quality checks prior to publishing web pages.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Here's some experience and skills we are seeking...
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or combination of education/training with relevant experience required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a digital field required web/app design or digital strategy preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience working with content creation in an enterprise WCMS such as WordPress or Builder.io.
  • Proven experience with HTML/CSS to publish webpages.
  • Experience with identifying basic website issues and root causes (e.g., problem-solving, troubleshooting techniques).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for asset management.
  • Project coordination/management experience; proven ability to plan, organize, lead, and direct projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, establishing and meeting performance/Ministry goals.
  • Proactively stays current on digital best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical approach towards work duties and tasks.
  • Highly motivated individual who can work in the details, while ensuring the overall program is on strategy.
  • Possess excellent communication skills - written, spoken, and listening.
  • Proven experience implementing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) best practices with practical application in prior jobs.
  • Proven experience of digital analytics, tracking & reporting. (Preferably Google Analytics)
  • Experience with analytics report configuration within Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of user-centered design.
