Capitol Christian Music Group ("CCMG") is seeking a multi-skilled creative that can concept, shoot, edit & deliver high level, engaging social content that connects artists to fans. This role sits at the intersection of Digital Marketing, Audience Development, and Creative to support album releases, singles, tours, and ongoing artist storytelling. The position blends hands-on content creation with strategic collaboration, analytics-driven optimization, and strong organizational execution. The ideal candidate must be proficient in social media, with a great eye for short-form visual storytelling and how to execute on socials. They must show a desire to travel, whilst meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple critical requests in a high-pressure environment. A "can-do" attitude is essential.
The position reports directly to the SVP Creative and will work directly with the Creative, Audience Development, and Digital teams.
How You'll Create:
Creative, Commission & Produce:
  • Ideate, Test, Shoot & Edit high-level engaging short-form content.
  • Shoot and edit mobile-native short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) optimized for speed and virality.
  • Create proposed shot lists for shoots with the ability to pitch ideas to the team, management, and the artist.
  • Ability to tap into wider creative worlds with Creative & Digital leads, to build out compelling story-telling through content.
  • Ideate, test, and execute short-form viral concepts aligned with artist voice and cultural trends.
  • Translate cultural moments, and trending formats into content that authentically represents the artist.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, Digital) to align content with strategic goals.
  • Ensure all content is artist-appropriate, culturally relevant, creatively excellent, and optimized for each platform.
  • Stay connected to the wider creative landscape, bringing in new talent, ideas, and formats.
  • Ensure that content assets are organized and archived in the internal systems.

  • Capability to shoot with both a DSLR and an iPhone depending on the nature of the content
