Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions to customers in more than 70 countries. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their five market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.

What Drives Success

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll develop and implement marketing communication programs and digital strategies that effectively describe and promote the organization, its products and its services. This role places a strong emphasis on digital marketing, including website management, SEO, social media, mobile applications and user experience (UI/UX). This role also supports end-to-end customer journeys, from awareness through conversion, with a focus on lead generation, sales funnel performance and marketing automation.

  • Plan and optimize digital experiences across the full customer journey, ensuring consistent messaging from first touch through lead capture and conversion.
  • Develop and manage lead generation initiatives, including landing pages, gated content, email nurture programs and conversion paths aligned to the sales funnel.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to support funnel performance through targeted campaigns, audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
  • Build, execute and optimize email marketing and automation programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, templates and audience management.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.  
  • Customize digital advertising campaigns for local markets and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance.  
  • Manage organic and paid social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic and qualified leads across key platforms.
  • Track and analyze digital performance across channels, including customer behavior, funnel drop-off and campaign ROI, using analytics and CRM data.
What We Are Looking For

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media (is preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of related experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on digital marketing. 
  • Demonstrates expertise in website management, SEO optimization, social media marketing and user experience (UI/UX) principles. 
  • Proficiency in digital design tools such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and tools for website and mobile app development. 
  • Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and improve campaign performance.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email campaigns, automation and audience segmentation is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, impactful and user-centered content. 
  • Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners. 
  • Hands-on experience mapping and optimizing customer journeys across digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategy, sales funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Working knowledge of CRM-driven marketing and collaboration with sales teams to support pipeline growth.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media presence with a focus on performance, not just posting.
What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $81,000 - $106,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10-11 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
