Andy Mohr dealerships are stocked with large inventories that are priced very competitively. The Andy Mohr Automotive group employs more than 1100 employees throughout central Indiana and the employees are value-oriented. Customer and Internal communications and follow-up are key functions of this position

  • Respond to customer leads generated from incoming calls and internet submissions for sales and service.
  • Answer customer questions promptly with honesty and accuracy.
  • Reach out to targeted customers by phone and e-mail to support promotions and initiatives of Sales and Service.
  • Make calls related to unsold customers or inactive service customers.
  • Generate management reports for use in identifying Sales and Service opportunities.
  • Support staff and clients by handling escalated calls/situations
  • Manage descriptions of inventory displayed on ASAP Website
  • Manage and communicate online reputation through all review sites.
  • Work closely with other department managers and manufacturer representatives.
  • Promote community relations through active participation in events.
  • Maintain/Update customer data base.
  • Cashiering responsibilities for Sales and Service.
