Position Title: Corporate Website Manager

Business Unit: Retail Operations

Reports to: Director of Digital Channels and Payments

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for the management of the corporate website, including overseeing the functionality of the website, evaluating and managing the website performance, facilitating hosting and server management and developing, maintaining and updating website content. This position also has responsibility for online data-driven marketing system (Segmint), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), paid search and local directory listings, and website analytics. The incumbent develops meaningful reporting of digital programs and initiatives for management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Is responsible for the content management and optimization of corporate website properties and the oversight of day-to-day maintenance, future enhancements, content improvement and overall site integrity while utilizing SiteCore - our content management system.

Manages and maintains our data-driven online marketing campaign system (Segmint) to develop effective targeted cross-sale initiatives that allow the corporation to utilize customer data in an effort to market to our website audience.

Works in conjunction with business units, subject matter experts and consumer and commercial marketing managers to ensure product and service content on the website is up to date, effective and accurate.

Provides oversight and guidance for all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and tactics while working in conjunction with our outside 3rd party digital marketing vendor. Oversees the maintenance and accuracy of FNB online location directories.

Coordinates all digital analytical reporting and analysis for management while working with outside vendors to report on trends and results of digital marketing efforts and initiatives including the utilization of Google Analytics and Google Ad-Words.

Utilizes a 3rd party solution - SiteImprove - to identify any website integrity issues or concerns and promptly addresses through corrective and necessary measures.

Coordinate with the IT web development team to make significant changes in the website infrastructure, including navigation, site layout and site navigation

Utilize the SiteCore platform, as well as internal data to continuously improve the personalization capabilities of the corporate website in order to provide intelligent cross-sell recommendations as well as a personalized browsing experience.

Interface with all FNB businesses and third parties to ensure online property branding is consistent and meets the corporate branding requirements of the organization. This includes working to ensure that all online applications are consistently branded with the newly developed website look and feel

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
