A luxury home and garden gallery is seeking a full-time, organized, creative, and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This position combines product photography editing, website management, inventory coordination, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate has experience with Adobe Photoshop and WordPress and enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Experience with Mailchimp, Instagram, and basic photo/video content creation is highly desirable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Photo Editing & Content Creation 

Edit product photography for two WordPress websites using Adobe Photoshop. 

Correct color, lighting, and perspective to accurately represent each item. 

Photoshop select products (such as planters, urns, and wellheads) into lifestyle settings, including gardens, courtyards, and front entrances. 

Supply images to our PR and marketing partners when requested. 

Website & Inventory Management 

Create detailed product listings on our WordPress websites. 

Prepare incoming inventory lists using vendor invoices, including: 

Vendor item numbers 

Pricing 

Photos 

Converting dimensions to inches 

Assigning our inventory numbers 

Referencing previous inventory and pricing when applicable 

Create inventory lists for newly photographed items after container arrivals. 

Maintain inventory databases, including: 

Removing sold inventory 

Creating packing lists 

Updating website availability 

Removing sold listings from 1stDibs when necessary 

Social Media & Marketing 

Assist with managing our Instagram accounts. 

Film and edit short-form video content (Reels) and product photography. 

Schedule Instagram posts and maintain the content calendar. 

Write and upload content for social media posts. 

Create and schedule email campaigns through Mailchimp, including image preparation and layout.

As a small business, team members are expected to assist in other areas as needed and contribute wherever support is required.

Qualifications 

Minimum 1 year of Adobe Photoshop experience (Required) 

Minimum 1 year of WordPress experience (Required) 

Experience with Mailchimp (Preferred) 

Experience creating content for Instagram, including filming and editing Reels (Preferred) 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

Strong communication skills 

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
