Our client is seeking a Website Project Coordinator to join their growing digital marketing agency. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for website design and development projects, partnering closely with clients and internal creative and development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate enjoys building client relationships, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and combines exceptional organization with a passion for marketing, website development, and user experience.

You Will:

  • Manage website design and development projects from discovery through launch.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned website clients.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, lead client meetings, and document project notes, action items, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and digital marketing specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Learn each client's business, services, target audience, and marketing goals to guide website strategy and user experience.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and project processes.
  • Balance multiple website projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Approach every engagement with a marketing-first mindset focused on helping clients grow their business online.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of project coordination, project management, website coordination, digital marketing, or related experience.
  • 2+ years of experience developing WordPress websites.
  • 2+ years of code development experience using PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience managing WordPress website projects; hands-on WordPress experience is strongly preferred.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
