Requirements for your new career...
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
- 12 years of experience in software development
- Familiarity with Unix-based systems
- Experience reverse engineering Linux-based network devices
- Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and network traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark)
- Experience developing and modifying software using C, C++, Python, and/or Assembly
- Experience supporting and maintaining fielded software systems
- Familiarity with Git and Subversion for version control
- Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
