Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Platforms Manager to oversee the operational management, evolution, and performance of Expleo’s digital ecosystem, including the corporate website and related digital platforms.

The role is responsible for coordinating website operations, digital analytics, and cross-functional digital initiatives in close collaboration with IT, Marketing, Communications, Social Media, and other platform stakeholders.

You will manage and support a small team dedicated to website publishing operations and web analytics, ensuring efficient sprint management, high-quality content delivery, accurate campaign tracking, and continuous digital performance improvement.

You will also contribute to strategic and transversal digital projects supporting brand awareness, business growth, and employee engagement across the organisation.


  • DIGITAL PLATFORMS & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
    • Oversee the day-to-day management, governance, and continuous improvement of Expleo’s digital platforms, including the corporate website and related digital tools.Coordinate website roadmap activities and sprint planning in collaboration with IT web teams and business stakeholders.
    • Ensure smooth collaboration between Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Salesforce, funnel management, and IT teams to support digital initiatives and platform integrations.
    • Monitor platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the optimization of digital user experiences and operational processes.
    • Provide regular reporting and updates to Marketing & Communications leadership stakeholders.
  • TEAM MANAGEMENT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION
    • Manage and support:
    • a web publisher responsible for website publication activities and sprint coordination with IT teams,
    • a web analytics specialist responsible for GA4 implementation, reporting, and campaign tracking configuration in collaboration with Social Media teams.
    • Ensure alignment of priorities, workload management, and operational efficiency across digital activities.
    • Facilitate collaboration between internal contributors, external stakeholders, and technical teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • WEB CONTENT & DIGITAL GOVERNANCE
    • Supervise website publication processes and ensure content quality, consistency, accessibility, usability, and compliance with governance standards.
    • Support Marketing, Communications, and Human Resources teams in digital publishing and campaign implementation.
    • Contribute to the definition, documentation, and application of digital governance processes and best practices.
    • Stay up to date with digital marketing, analytics, UX, and web technologies trends.
  • DIGITAL ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE
    • Oversee website analytics and campaign tracking strategy using GA4 and related digital measurement tools.
    • Ensure proper analytics implementation and data consistency across campaigns and digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media stakeholders to improve campaign measurement and reporting capabilities.
    • Support data-driven decision-making through performance monitoring and insights sharing.

  • Strong experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress), digital project management methodologies, and web analytics platforms including Google Analytics 4.
  • Good understanding of website governance, UX principles, SEO best practices, and digital campaign tracking.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, work autonomously, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Fluent in English Essential (French Advantagous)

  • Base salary 50 000 - 50 000 Euros per anum
