Role Summary:
  • NSG is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Web & CRM Systems Project Manager to lead custom web development initiatives and drive CRM optimization across the organization.
  • This role serves as the bridge between field teams, business stakeholders, and developers ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives, scale with growth, and maintain data integrity.
  • The ideal candidate is adaptable, solutions-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments.
  • They approach challenges with curiosity, remain open to alternative perspectives, and are comfortable pivoting strategies when new information or constraints emerge. This individual does not simply escalate problems, they take ownership in identifying practical, scalable solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Web & Hybrid/Agile Project Leadership
  • Manage custom web development projects within a hybrid/agile/scrum environment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
  • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and scope challenges.
  • Enforce established project management methodologies on all projects.
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence to track development progress and maintain documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, technical requirements, and status reports Cross-Functional Business Alignment
  • Recognize business needs and opportunities for improvement across all departments including: sales, marketing, recruiting, production, payroll, HR, accounting, and customer service departments.
  • Gather and translate requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Align CRM processes with business goals and operational scalability.
  • Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

Data & Strategic Insights
  • Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Make day to day decisions.
  • Analyze data to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support leadership with visibility into performance metrics and system effectiveness.

Systems & Integration Leadership
  • Lead system upgrades and integrations with new and existing tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on software integrations.
  • Maintain awareness of web development trends and emerging technologies.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability
  • Proactively identify system, process, and project challenges and develop structured, data-informed solutions.
  • Evaluate multiple solution paths and recommend the most scalable, cost-effective approach.
