  • Oversee the webmaster function by establishing organizational policies for image rights, content governance, metadata, site hygiene, and legal/accessibility compliance.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments and course corrections to leadership.

  • Audit the SEO/AIO program regularly to develop keyword strategies and drive technical optimizations.
  • Track search performance using platforms like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Profound AI, translating data into prioritized action plans while monitoring AIO/GEO trends.
  • Transform paid and organic data insights into actionable website, UX, and campaign optimizations in collaboration with social, advertising, and hotel marketing partners.

  • Demonstrated experience managing CMS and CRM platforms (e.g., WordPress, Simpleview) and coordinating custom development projects with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, link strategy, and analytics-driven auditing; familiarity with AI-driven search optimization (AIO/GEO) is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or Tableau, with the ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or Jira is preferred.
