Since 2015, Nevada Behavioral Health Systems (NBH) has been providing mental health and substance abuse services to residents across Nevada. By collaborating with a diverse network of experienced behavioral healthcare providers, we have built a community-based care system that offers members personalized options tailored to their individual needs. In 2023, we rebranded as NovumHealth with the expansion of our services in Arizona, California, and Utah.

Position: Director of Clinical Operations

Location: Las Vegas, NV – Onsite (This role is not eligible for Remote or Hybrid)

Starting Salary Range: $120,000

The starting salary range for this role is a reasonable estimate, with a goal to pay a competitive market salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education and certification, skills, and internal pay equity.

The Director of Project Management provides strategic leadership and oversight for all assigned project management activities across the organization. This role ensures successful delivery of complex, cross‑functional initiatives by establishing project governance, driving execution excellence, optimizing project management processes, and guiding project teams. The Director partners with senior leadership to align projects with organizational priorities, manage risks, and ensure that outcomes support long‑term growth and operational goals..

What you’ll need to start:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field (Master’s (MBA, MHA, MS in Business Administration, Project Management or Organizational Leadership preferred)
  • A minimum of 3 years in leadership or management roles.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a project or program management.
  • Proven track record of managing largescale, complex projects and teams .

    Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management

  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of the organization’s project portfolio to support strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define project scope, success criteria, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to guide decision‑making and future planning.
  • Project Governance & Process Optimization

  • Develop, implement, and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
  • Establish governance structures that support consistent project tracking, reporting, and accountability.
  • Oversee project documentation standards, risk mitigation processes, and change‑management procedures.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance project workflows for efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
  • Project Stakeholder Engagement & Management

  • Attend key meetings with executive leadership and project teams to capture detailed notes, decisions, and action items, and proactively track and follow up to ensure timely completion and accountability.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key project stakeholders, including internal teams, executives, clients, and external partners.
  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication to ensure stakeholders understand project scope, timelines, risks, and progress.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, updates, and decision‑making processes to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, concerns, and expectations, proactively addressing issues to promote collaboration and minimize conflict.
  • Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project planning and execution while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and project objectives.
  • Executive Communications & Deliverables
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including proposals, capability statements, and project summaries.
  • Assist in the development of highquality presentation slide decks for executive leadership, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support the creation, coordination, and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and professionalism across all deliverables.
