Job description

Position Goal: Collaborates with the Marketing Team to develop and execute effective digital marketing and advertising strategies that enhance visibility, strengthen brand reputation, and support organizational growth for Springhill Medical Center. Responsible for the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's website and digital presence.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Technology, or related field required.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., UX/UI design, SEO, digital marketing platforms) preferred.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing and maintaining websites, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in design and publishing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AI)
