WEB PRODUCT COORDINATOR: YOUR ROLE
As our Web Product Coordinator, your day revolves around ensuring our benefits web portal operates accurately and efficiently for both new and existing groups. You start by reviewing updates and verifying information to ensure compliance and accuracy, while also monitoring vendor connections and system integrations that help keep the portal functioning smoothly. Throughout the day, you track website usage data, generate statistics for reporting and group reviews, and work closely with internal departments to ensure group changes are implemented correctly and on time. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • High School Diploma
