Job description

You will serve as a Director for Strategy & Future Requirements in the Corporate Operations Directorate of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
The NT-4 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 through GS-15. This position has a control point equivalent to the GS-14 Step 10.
This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-13000945-26-BJP. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 through GS-14 or NT-3 or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring command business office programs, functions and processes are developed, implemented, and coordinated to support command strategic objectives and meet Warfare Center mission requirements; 2) Formulating, implementing, and executing business, financial, and administrative processes in a scientific research and development organization; 3) Administering and advising on command services for infrastructure, security, property, and administrative functions; 4) Performing complex and comprehensive studies to measure effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity; and 5) Collaborating with NAVFAC leadership, DoW customers, and stakeholders to provide support and resources to accomplish objectives in support of mission requirements.
