Job description

Job Summary:
DT Pro is hiring a Recruitment Operations Specialist (Management Analyst I) to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role supports the talent acquisition and internship program initiatives by coordinating recruitment activities, managing Recruitment Advisory Board (RAB) operations, and providing workforce planning and staffing analytics.
Responsibilities:
  • Publish, maintain, and update the Recruitment Advisory Board (RAB) Charter, supporting documentation, and training materials.
  • Coordinate weekly communications with RAB Core members and develop meeting agendas.
  • Maintain RAB records, including interview questions, interview results, candidate assessments, selection trackers, and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinate candidate handoff and follow-up activities with recruiting leads following recruiting events.
  • Generate, maintain, distribute, and post candidate availability lists and recruitment information for hiring managers and RAB stakeholders.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate all RAB interviews and related logistics.
  • Lead staffing analytics and workforce planning efforts to support NAVSEA internship programs and talent pipeline development.
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruitment operations and collaboration across HR, outreach, and hiring teams.
  • Represent NAVSEA at career fairs, recruiting events, and outreach activities to attract high-quality internship candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and program stakeholders to support recruitment and selection objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or program administration activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field.
  • Experience supporting federal government, DoD, or NAVSEA hiring programs.
  • Experience with internship, student, or early-career recruitment initiatives.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, staffing analytics, and recruitment process improvement.
  • Experience developing training materials, standard operating procedures, or recruitment documentation.
