We are seeking an E-Commerce Platform & Operations Lead to support the day-to-day management, optimization, and technical coordination of Travelpro’s Shopify e-commerce ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce operations, customer experience, digital merchandising, and platform performance — helping ensure our websites are stable, optimized, and commercially effective. You will partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, operations, customer service, developers, and technology vendors to support site enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and execute e-commerce initiatives with clarity and precision.

What You’ll Do


Drive E-Commerce Platform Operations

  • Support day-to-day management of Shopify websites, including product launches, promotions, merchandising updates, and QA
  • Assist with Shopify Plus configuration, theme updates, app settings, content updates, and platform enhancements
  • Coordinate with developers and vendors to troubleshoot issues, test releases, and support technical improvements
  • Monitor website functionality, checkout flows, navigation, integrations, and customer-facing experiences
  • Support promotional execution, pricing accuracy, inventory visibility, and post-launch validation

Optimize Customer Experience & Performance

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, mobile usability, navigation, onsite search, and checkout experience
  • Monitor e-commerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, sessions, and product performance
  • Analyze trends and site behavior to support data-informed recommendations and improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, customer service, operations, and technology teams
  • Help manage project timelines, testing, requirements, and execution across e-commerce initiatives

What You Bring

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Shopify themes, and basic JavaScript; Liquid experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs, customer journey optimization, merchandising, and CRO best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP, OMS, fulfillment, inventory, and backend operational workflows
  • Experience working with third-party apps, agencies, and technology vendors
  • Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and project management tools
