This role will support IT teams by providing knowledge and administration specific to our Web-based platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud. This includes performing configuration, platform governance, and environment-level administration across multiple digital systems.
Candidates will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to enhance, administer, and optimize our Web-based platforms, including those within the Adobe ecosystem, and ensuring our digital platform remains stable, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Primary Responsibilities 

This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of both business needs and technical application behavior. The Application Analyst supports Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and additional Web-supported applications through configuration, environment oversight, and process improvements. 
They will collaborate with development teams, content authors, and business stakeholders to ensure stable, performant, and well-governed digital platforms. This includes the administration aspects of deployments, managing access, maintaining workflows, and assisting with troubleshooting across multiple applications. 
Because this position interacts with both technical personnel and business managers, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. 

This role will be involved in providing: 

  • Administration and configuration of Web environments, including user management, permissions, workflows, tagging, and content governance 
  • Configuration-based support across the full suite of applications owned by the Web team and adjacent teams within IT 
  • Day-to-day management and configuration within Adobe Experience Cloud and related applications  
  • Collaboration with development teams to support administrative aspects of deployments and environment refreshes 
  • User and permission management across Web platforms, ensuring proper access and governance 
  • Monitoring system health, performance, and logs, while identifying areas for optimization 
  • Troubleshooting workflow problems, integrations, and system errors 
  • Coordination with enterprise partners on tickets, escalations, and platform upgrades 
  • Documentation of processes, environment configurations, and technical standards 
  • Administrative support for enterprise initiatives that involve integrations, APIs, and third-party services 
  • Assistance with establishing best practices for tagging, assets, content workflows, and content lifecycle management
