Mandatory Qualifications:
Three years of experience documenting and analyzing business requirements and technical constraints.
Three years of experience researching, evaluating, and documenting technical solutions including but not limited to:
o web portals
o open data portals
o public facing dashboards
Three years of experience designing, developing, securing, testing and deploying browser-based web applications using open-source technology.
Three years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop browser-based web applications.
Three years of experience using C# or JavaScript to design, develop, test, secure and deploy HTTP APIs (Application Programming Interface).
Three years of experience designing and developing web-based application with rich user-interfaces using CSS, JQuery, and other libraries such as Bootstrap.
Three years of experience developing client-side JavaScript to communicate with an HTTP API to implement application CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete), and download (to the client) aggregated data output as an application mime-type.
Three years of experience with HTML tags, CSS markup, and JavaScript used to implement user-friendly controls such as drop-down lists, multi-select lists, checkboxes, slider controls, date pickers, pagination, and password boxes.
Three years of experience with the Bootstrap grid system to create a responsive interface that presents well on large and small screens.
Three years of experience with techniques to implement web application security such as authentication, authorization, issuing session tokens and logging details of user requests to track usage.
Bachelor's Degree in information technology.
