Job description

We are a Montreal-based web agency specializing in websites and ecommerce solutions.


We build solutions on WordPress, Shopify, and custom web applications for clients in real estate, jewellery, B2B, ecommerce, and other industries.


We're Hiring!


We're looking for someone, ideally fully bilingual, to join our team as a Technical Project Coordinator & QA Specialist in Montreal.


What You'll Do


  • Review requirements for new projects
  • Ensure developers have everything needed to successfully execute WordPress, Shopify, and custom web projects
  • For WordPress and Shopify projects, determine whether functionality can be achieved using built-in platform features, third-party apps/plugins, or custom development
  • Handle client requests for new features and improvements
  • Work closely with developers and the team to deliver projects successfully
  • Review and test completed work before it goes live
  • Report bugs and technical issues to developers
  • Keep clients informed and updated on bug fixes, project progress, and ongoing work


What You'll Need


  • 3–5 years of experience in web development
  • Experience in technical support, QA, project coordination, or a related technical role
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and Shopify
  • Familiarity with custom web development concepts
  • Comfortable with APIs, databases, integrations, hosting environments, DNS management, caching, and related technical tasks
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (French will be used primarily in writing)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A practical, solution-oriented mindset


Bonus Points


  • Experience working in a web agency environment
  • Experience reviewing developer work and testing websites before launch
