Web Developer, TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Security Clearance Required, Severna Park, MD
The selected Web Developer will join an existing team providing web portal services in support of the Corporate Management Services (CMS) transformation activities focused on establishing and maintaining CMS Web pages, the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) products and services and providing user experience support. The role requires a self-motivated individual that is comfortable working in a team environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple web applications. The individual will be required to interact with the team to gather and define requirements, create and update documentation regarding the technical requirements, troubleshoot software problems and provide solutions. The position is required to utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment and consistent with CMS' DevOps objectives. This position is 100% Onsite and not Remote.
Web Developer Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Web Developer.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 4 years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 12 years of experience.
- Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Node.js, JavaScript, Express, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Gitlab, Postgres.
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
- Experience maintaining a functioning user-accessible website.
