Role Overview:
This position is primarily an SQL application development role, focused on building and enhancing the internal tools, data workflows, and application logic that support our production and communication systems. • Troubleshoot data and application issues — for example performance bottlenecks, query inefficiencies, data integrity issues.
  • Document database objects, application modules, user workflows and maintain development standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, learn from senior developers, and progressively take on more responsibility.

Schedule:

  • Strong proficiency with SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Understanding of query optimization, joins, stored procedures, and data structures.
  • Some experience or coursework in web application development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, .NET, PHP, Node.js, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, organization, time management, and willingness to learn.

What We Offer:

  • Clear growth path toward full-stack development or advanced data engineering roles.
  • Hybrid work flexibility with hands-on exposure to production operations.
  • Competitive salary and full benefits.
  • Mentorship and professional development.
