* Create and manage website content, page layouts, navigation structures, templates, and digital assets within Content Management Systems (CMS).
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize website performance, functionality, accessibility, usability, and user experience across multiple devices and browsers.
* Implement and maintain website security controls, ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), organizational, and information assurance requirements.
* Conduct website testing, quality assurance reviews, and browser compatibility assessments to ensure reliable performance and content accuracy.
* Coordinate with communication teams, content managers, graphic designers, social media managers, and stakeholders to develop and publish web content supporting strategic communication objectives.
* Analyze website traffic, user engagement metrics, and performance data to recommend improvements and enhance audience reach and effectiveness.
* Provide technical guidance on web technologies, CMS capabilities, digital content standards, and emerging website requirements while supporting modernization and transition initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in web design, Web Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and administering websites, web applications, or digital communication platforms.
* Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), web technologies, HTML, CSS, web accessibility standards, and website performance optimization.
* Demonstrated experience implementing website security best practices and maintaining compliance with organizational, government, or industry security requirements. Desired * Experience supporting Department of Defense, Combatant Commands, government communication organizations, Public Affairs, or Strategic Communications programs.
* Experience in integrating websites with social media platforms, multimedia content, analytics tools, and digital engagement strategies.
