Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of web and client-server application development experience including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support
  • 3+ years of previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting, or case management
  • 3+ years of experience in online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and batch processing
  • 3-5 years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and Object Oriented Design
  • 3-6 years of experience with Visual Studio.NET, Jira, GitHub, MVC and MVVM design patterns
  • Experience with MS .NET Frameworks 4 and 6
  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and stored procedures/triggers
  • Must be a Wisconsin resident - no relocation allowed
  • Security clearance required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
