Description
Dynasty Financial Partners is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the firm's investment platform. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong interest in financial markets and a desire to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling messaging for financial advisor audiences.
Working closely with the Investments team, this individual will contribute to advisor engagement, content development, and go-to-market execution across a range of products and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development & Thought Leadership
• Develop and maintain investment-related marketing content, including presentations, emails, web content, and educational materials
• Write advisor-focused content, including market commentary, investment explainers, and client-ready materials
• Translate complex investment strategies, market data, and product mechanics into clear, digestible messaging for financial advisors and their clients
• Support the creation of timely, market-responsive content in partnership with the Investments teams, including commentary under tight timelines
Campaign Execution & Advisor Engagement
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, events (virtual and in-person), and digital channels
• Assist in developing content for lead-generation efforts, including emails, landing pages, and supporting marketing materials
• Support marketing efforts tied to webinars, events, and broader advisor education initiatives
• Help deliver a consistent, advisor-focused marketing experience across channels and touchpoints
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Investment Solutions, Product, and Compliance teams to support go-to-market initiatives
• Work collaboratively with internal marketing functions (content, digital, design) to ensure alignment and high-quality execution
• Support coordination of marketing deliverables to ensure messaging is accurate, timely, and compliant
• Assist in maintaining consistency across communications and materials distributed to advisors
Marketing Operations & Performance
• Track and analyze marketing activity performance, including engagement and campaign effectiveness
• Help identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness, distribution strategies, and advisor engagement
• Maintain and organize marketing materials to ensure accessibility, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
• Monitor industry trends and competitor marketing activity to inform content and campaign development
Audience & Messaging Support
• Support segmentation-based marketing efforts, helping tailor messaging and content to different advisor audiences and experience levels
• Assist in refining how investment offerings are positioned and communicated across channels
• Contribute to the development of clear, consistent messaging frameworks that support advisor adoption and understanding
Requirements
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, finance, or a related field
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
• Familiarity with investment products, markets, or portfolio construction concepts
• Exposure to advisor-focused marketing or wealth management platforms
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, events, digital, content)
