Reporting to the Director of SEO, the SEO Manager will be a highly hands-on member of the team responsible for executing SEO strategy across technical SEO, content and on-page SEO, local search, AI-search visibility, backlink acquisition and digital PR, listings management, analytics, and reporting.This position is ideal for an experienced SEO professional who understands how the different components of organic search work together and is comfortable moving between technical audits, keyword research, content optimization, local SEO, analytics, reporting, and off-page initiatives. The SEO Manager will also help oversee and train junior or support-level resources responsible for repeatable SEO execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Execution & Project ManagementTranslate the Director of SEO’s roadmap into actionable projects, tasks, timelines, and deliverables.Manage day-to-day execution of SEO initiatives.Maintain SEO project calendars, priorities, deadlines, and status reporting.Identify problems and opportunities proactively rather than waiting for assignments.Coordinate SEO projects with content, development, marketing, admissions, and other stakeholders.Document SEO processes and develop repeatable SOPs for junior team members.Technical SEOConduct recurring technical SEO crawls and audits.Monitor crawlability, indexation, canonical tags, redirects, broken links, duplicate content, internal linking, XML sitemaps, and robots directives.Monitor Google Search Console for indexing, crawl, performance, and site-health issues.Analyze and help troubleshoot Core Web Vitals and page-performance problems.Identify technical issues affecting organic search performance and create clear development tickets.Work with developers to implement and QA SEO recommendations.Test and validate structured data/schema implementation.Monitor website releases to identify unintended SEO issues.Assist with site migrations, redirects, URL changes, and major website projects.Keyword Research & Content SEOPerform keyword research and competitive analysis across treatment programs, conditions, substances, geographic markets, and informational topics.Analyze search intent and identify appropriate page types for target queries.Develop detailed SEO content briefs for writers and subject-matter experts.Optimize existing content for rankings, usability, internal linking, and conversion opportunities.Optimize title tags, headings, meta descriptions, URLs, image attributes, and on-page content.Identify content gaps and opportunities based on competitor and SERP analysis.Build and maintain keyword-to-page mapping.Identify keyword cannibalization and recommend consolidation or repositioning when appropriate.Manage ongoing content-refresh and content-optimization workflows.Review published content for SEO quality and adherence to briefs.Local SEOExecute local SEO strategy across all All In Solutions locations.Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles.Monitor business listings for accuracy and consistency.Manage location information, categories, services, hours, URLs, photos, and other relevant listing elements.Conduct local keyword and competitor research.Monitor local-pack and Google Maps rankings.Optimize location and regional landing pages.Identify duplicate, inaccurate, or conflicting business listings and coordinate corrections.Track local-search performance by facility and geographic market.Support expansion into new geographic markets and establishment of new local-search properties.AI Search OptimizationSupport the Director of SEO in monitoring and improving visibility across AI-driven search experiences.Track whether All In Solutions, its locations, and its content appear in AI-generated answers for strategically important topics.Conduct recurring AI visibility tests for target queries.Document competitor visibility and citation patterns.Identify questions and topics where existing website content does not adequately answer searcher needs.Recommend updates that make content clearer, more comprehensive, better structured, and more useful as a source.Help improve entity consistency, structured data, internal relationships between content, and supporting authority signals.Report changes and trends in AI-search visibility.Backlinks, Off-Page SEO & Digital PRConduct backlink and competitor link-gap analysis.Identify relevant websites, publishers, organizations, directories, associations, and partners for outreach.Develop prospect lists for digital PR and link-acquisition initiatives.Coordinate outreach campaigns.Monitor new and lost backlinks.Identify unlinked brand mentions and link-reclamation opportunities.Support development of link-worthy resources and digital PR campaigns.Evaluate link quality, relevance, authority, and risk.Maintain documentation of outreach, placements, acquired links, and results.Ensure off-page activities follow approved SEO standards and avoid manipulative practices.Analytics & ReportingMonitor performance using GA4, Google Search Console, rank-tracking tools, call-tracking systems, and SEO platforms.Track organic rankings, clicks, impressions, traffic, leads, calls, conversion rates, and other KPIs.Maintain and QA SEO dashboards.Analyze performance changes and identify likely causes.Conduct before-and-after analysis of major SEO initiatives.Track performance by location, page type, service line, keyword group, and geographic market.Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries for the Director of SEO.Maintain competitor visibility reporting.Help evaluate organic search’s impact on lead generation and admissions.Team Support & Quality ControlTrain and oversee junior SEO or marketing support staff.Delegate appropriate repeatable SEO tasks.QA work performed by junior team members.Maintain documentation and SOPs.Ensure data, listings, pages, and SEO implementations remain accurate.Escalate strategic, technical, or performance issues to the Director of SEO.QualificationsExperience & Proven Growth: 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of driving organic performance and traffic growth.Technical & Local SEO: Deep knowledge of technical audits, schema, indexation, Google Business Profiles, and multi-location search.Content & On-Page Strategy: Skilled in keyword research, page optimization, and creating data-driven content briefs and strategies.Off-Page & Digital PR: Solid grasp of backlink acquisition, link quality evaluation, and off-page visibility strategies.SEO Toolkit & Analytics: Proficient with GSC, GA4, WordPress, and tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog, with strong data analysis capabilities.Project Management & Collaboration: Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills, with a proven ability to work effectively alongside developers, writers, and marketing teams.Preferred ExperienceCompetitive & Multi-Location Focus: Background in multi-location businesses, ideally within healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction recovery.Large-Scale Local SEO: Proven experience managing large local-search footprints and Google Business Profile networks.Analytics & Attribution: Familiarity with call tracking, lead attribution, and reporting platforms like Looker
