Job description

Overview

All Points is seeking a Cleared Web App Developer (TS/SCI) to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Chantilly, VA. The selected candidate will support IT networks, systems, and initiatives with activities that include information systems operations, information systems development and modernization, and IT security. The team is also responsible for the development, implementation, and subsequent operations and maintenance of new applications for each fiscal year. The operation of existing applications and new application initiatives are critical to the success of the FBI mission. Additionally, thousands of personnel in the law enforcement, intelligence, legal, and administrative communities use these services daily to perform mission‑critical work. These applications require responsive, effective, and specialized technical expertise to limit disruption to FBI operations.

US citizenship is required. An active, current, and fully adjudicated U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. Hybrid work may be approved at management discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, test, and develop well‑designed web‑based software using best practices.
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional code.
  • Ensure software continues to function normally through maintenance and testing.
  • Document every aspect of applications, services, or environments for future reference.
  • Configure, administer, and manage all aspects of website/application tools.
  • Develop content for multiple websites/tools that serve as major sources for information and decision making.
  • Build searches, reports, and dashboards for web applications.
  • Recommend software upgrades for current and future systems.
  • Ensure web applications meet Section 508 compliance requirements.
  • Implement security measures to protect web applications from vulnerabilities.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
SAFe 6.0 Facilitation Support (contract support PM & Agile team support)

Responsible for guidance and facilitation of SAFe Principles. Plan and manage the work, and values to uphold while promoting alignment, collaboration, and delivery across large numbers of agile teams, currently aligned in two Agile Release Trains. The first aligns teams to focus on enabling operational insight by increasing data discoverability through enterprise search or query. The second aligns teams to focus on enabling the operational analysis and triage of data through visualization, enrichments, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA).

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.

Security Clearance
