Job description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Site Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) division at our Miami Headquarters. This key leadership role is fully responsible for driving the financial results, overall business strategy, and digital performance of our assigned e-commerce website(s).The ideal candidate will act as a high-level cross-functional partner-collaborating closely with buying, planning, brand marketing, and web design teams-to deliver robust sales and gross margin growth. You will champion a mobile-first customer journey, optimize on-site merchandising, execute a highly coordinated marketing calendar, and use deep web analytics to elevate our digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Financial Performance: Deliver top-line sales, gross margin dollars, and gross margin percentage targets for the assigned site. Lead weekly business review meetings with the DTC team, maximizing profitability through seasonal strategies and real-time business analysis.
Site Merchandising & Mobile-First UX: Own the entire customer journey and post-purchase experience with a heavy focus on mobile responsiveness. Optimize categories for conversion, introduce seasonal storytelling and feature shops, and align with omni-channel buyers on product launches.
Site Functionality & Analytics: Monitor key web metrics (traffic, conversion, bounce rates, and site speed) utilizing Google Analytics. Lead conversion-focused optimization strategies, including A/B testing, on-site search rules, product recommendation engines, "complete-the-look" features, and ongoing site audits.
Digital Marketing & Content Execution: Lead the strategic planning and execution of the digital marketing, email, SMS, and affiliate calendar. Coordinate closely with Brand Marketing and the photo studio to secure asset requests and ensure unified brand messaging.
Technology & Creative Innovation: Partner with the Web Design team to continuously enhance site features, maximize existing technology capabilities, and run competitive analyses to mitigate digital risks and discover new growth opportunities.

Position Requirements
E-commerce Merchandising (Must-Have): 5+ years of dedicated website merchandising and e-commerce experience, with a proven track record of driving online sales and profitability.
Buying & Planning Alignment (Must-Have): Direct experience in retail buying and/or merchandise planning to effectively align digital assortments with inventory strategies.
Education (Must-Have): Bachelor's degree in a related business, marketing, or technical field.
Platform Experience (Strong Plus): Direct, hands-on experience managing digital storefronts utilizing the Shopify platform.
Analytical Tools (Strong Plus): Strong working knowledge of digital marketing channels, Excel, and Google Analytics to connect web behavior to sales data.
