Job description

The Paid Marketing Specialist II will execute paid marketing strategies, analyze campaign and lead funnel performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, lead quality, and business results.

This is a great opportunity for a data-driven digital marketer who understands the fundamentals of PPC, enjoys digging into performance data, and is ready to take greater ownership of campaigns and projects. You’ll work closely with Paid Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams across content, design, development, and project management.

Role Responsibilities
  • Drive effective marketing strategies across web properties to meet or exceed company lead-generation targets and secure high-quality leads within established CPL and budget guidelines.
  • Manage and analyze lead funnel and paid campaign performance, identify trends and areas of underperformance, and translate insights into recommendations that optimize spend, improve efficiency, and drive results.
  • Set up, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Display, and Native, including keyword management, ad copy and asset testing, landing pages and A/B testing, competitive intelligence, keyword research, daily optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor and maintain website lead flow, attribution, campaign settings and budgets, PPC and traditional marketing assets, landing page UI/UX, and other areas for quality control and improvement; flag partner or technical issues and explore new PPC channels.
  • Demonstrate expertise in core marketing tools, train team members on their use, and leverage approved AI technologies in accordance with company security guidelines to improve efficiency, decision-making, and output quality.
  • Communicate strategic goals and requirements with content, design/development, and PM teams and partner with them on tactical updates.
  • Collaborate on strategic insights, digital innovation, analytics, and reporting.
  • Provide peer leadership, feedback on skill‑specific projects, and support leadership with onboarding and training lower‑level marketing staff.
  • Independently pursue annual continuing education related to the role and share industry trends, best practices, and ongoing learning through blog posts and presentations.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned to support broader team and organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in paid digital marketing/PPC, including experience with Google Ads and Meta.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine data from multiple sources to evaluate business and campaign performance.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau, including the ability to build and interpret accurate reports.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and follow projects through completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced digital environment.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge, provide feedback, and support teammates.
