Overview

Omega Technical Services is seeking a highly motivated Web Administrator/Developer 2 to support ongoing operations in Los Alamos, NM.

Support developing a new LDRD platform with front end design needs. Specific duties include designing, formatting materials, coordinating and troubleshooting integration and interfacing issues, and ensuring compliance with Laboratory Web site specifications, standards, and security policies. Uses and develops Laboratory templates and standards.

Responsibilities

Support developing a new LDRD platform with front end design needs. Specific duties include designing, formatting materials, coordinating and troubleshooting integration and interfacing issues, and ensuring compliance with Laboratory Web site specifications, standards, and security policies. Uses and develops Laboratory templates and standards.

The position will need to be filled with a highly motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure. Possibly working on several applications at once in a highly agile structure while maintaining the laboratory's high security mandates. A strong background developing front ends using the Angular framework is required. In addition, its preferable to be familiar with user experience methodologies.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in the liberal arts and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Qualifications
    Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a drug and breath alcohol test, along with a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance.
  • A strong background developing front ends using the Angular framework.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possession of an active DOE/DoD clearance within the past two (2) years is preferred.
  • Previous DOE/NNSA work experience.
  • Familiar with user experience methodologies.
Work Schedule
Shift will be dependent upon customer site discretion.
