Accounts Receivable
Location: Quaintance-Weaver Management, Greensboro, North Carolina
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Quaintance-Weaver Management is looking for a Accounts Receivable to join their team of enthusiastic hotel professionals who provide outstanding experiences to the guests they serve in a fast-paced environment. What are the responsibilities of a Accounts Receivable?
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Complete daily financial reports
  • Handle cash for the restaurants and hotels including preparing and taking deposits to the bank
  • Generate and send out invoices/receipts
  • Allocate and collect payments including promptly following up with guests to receive money due
  • Reconcile Bank Statements
  • Help with various other accounting and office duties
  • Work closely with Sales, Hotel, and Events colleagues
What Skills and Experience are Desired for a Accounts Receivable?
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer savvy and proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe
  • Accounting experience is a plus
