Job description

The Role:

The Product Manager at Wealth Access is responsible for defining, developing, and driving the roadmap for our wealth management technology platform. This role works closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, and client success—to deliver innovative solutions that enhance advisor efficiency, improve client engagement, and strengthen data connectivity across financial institutions. The Product Manager ensures alignment between business goals and product execution, translating market needs into high-quality product features that support Wealth Access’ continued growth and industry leadership. 
 

This position is a Hybrid role based in Nashville, TN.  

What You'll Own: 

  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends. 
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 
  • Lead discovery activities such as customer interviews, workflow analysis, and competitive research. 
  • Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for engineering teams. 
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, client-centric product experiences. 
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. 
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and planning to launch, adoption, and iteration. 
  • Monitor key product performance metrics and use data insights to guide decision-making. 
  • Partner with Client Success and Sales to support product enablement, demos, documentation, and training. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Wealth Access’ platform capabilities and industry-specific workflows. 
  • Ensure products comply with relevant security, data integrity, and regulatory standards. 
  • Communicate product strategy, updates, and priorities to internal stakeholders and leadership. 

Who You Are: 

  • 3–7 years of experience in product management within SaaS, fintech, financial services, or related technology sectors. 
  • Proven ability to gather requirements, prioritize features, and manage complex product backlogs. 
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. 
  • Demonstrated success managing product lifecycles from concept to launch in an Agile development environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, client success, and executive leadership. 
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. 
  • Background working directly with clients or enterprise stakeholders to gather feedback, validate requirements, and drive adoption. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with wealth management platforms, data aggregation systems, or financial institution software is strongly preferred. 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:  

  • Work is performed in an office setting in downtown Nashville, TN 
  • Regularly use hands to type, handle, or feel.  
  • Required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and can focus. 
  • Must have clear, easy-to-understand oral communication ability. 
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods.  
  • The ability to travel overnight as required. 
 

Compensation & Benefits 

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits: flexible PTO, company-funded HSA, 401(k) with match, and paid downtown Nashville parking. The final package will reflect experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
