SCHEDULE

Full-time; Monday through Friday 8:00 am โ€“ 4:30 pm. Average of 40 hours/week. Additional hours as needed.

SCOPE

This position will develop, oversee, and lead multiple wealth management project management and analytical initiatives. The role works with minimal supervision and reports to the SVP, Director of Wealth Management to ensure the strategic goals of the Wealth Management Department are met. This position will identify, create, and vet information from production, compliance, audit, investment, and performance reporting necessary for department scorecard management and to help guide the behaviors of Wealth Advisors, Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and support staff. This position will directly manage confidential employee production and compensation data, develop and enhance performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability in alignment with bank and wealth management goals. In addition, this role will create, track, and monitor client profitability models, fee income analytics, asset growth trends, and investment-related reporting for management, compliance, and overall portfolio performance. This position will actively serve on various Wealth Management committees.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Manage and support analytical and project-based initiatives that advance Wealth Management department strategies and objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance performance dashboards and scorecards for wealth advisors, trust officers, and support staff.
  • Analyze and manage confidential production, revenue, and compensation data to support performance management and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain client, household, and product profitability models, including fee income and asset-based revenue analytics.
  • Monitor and report trends related to Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, client onboarding, retention, and overall department performance.
  • Prepare management and Board-level reports summarizing department results, trends, and key metrics.
  • Support business development efforts through analysis of referral trends, pipelines, and prospecting opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management leadership and internal partners to improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve on departmental and cross-functional committees as an analytical and reporting resource.
  • Maintain and enhance department documentation, tools, and internal resources to support consistent execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and compile prospecting and referral data for wealth management growth opportunities, including internal bank referrals, life event triggers, business owner transitions, and trust and estate planning opportunities.
  • Create and maintain department resources and reference materials on internal knowledge platforms. Act as a point person for creating and uploading content relevant to wealth management staff. Develop, troubleshoot and oversee multiple commercial project management initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
  • As part of the overall team of bank employees, this position will be requested to help support and participate in other bank activities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in the field of business, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and economics; and 3-4 years banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and create complex financial scorecards and reports required.
  • This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communications skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
