Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Wealth Management domain expertise to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products and platforms supporting Wealth Management business functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, advisors, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experience, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business growth.

The Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for product-related priorities and requirements.

Wealth Management Domain Responsibilities

  • Drive solutions across Wealth Management functions including:

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product progress effectively.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product demonstrations.

Data & Analytics

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance.
  • Utilize client, advisor, and operational data to drive product decisions.
  • Work with reporting and analytics teams to measure business outcomes.

Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in BFSI domain.
  • 3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • Strong experience in Wealth Management platforms and processes.
