In the Entity Advisor role, we provide the resources needed to jump-start your career as a Wealth Management Advisor. RESPONSIBILITIES

· Client Building: Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and providing exceptional service.

· Financial Planning: Offer customized financial solutions including asset and income protection, education funding, investment and advisory services, trust services, and retirement solutions.

· Needs-Based Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to ensure clients' needs are met at every life stage, managing financial risk and achieving financial security.

· Education and Development: Continuously educate yourself through sponsored licensing and ongoing professional development.

· Client Management: Review and maintain client financial plans, providing ongoing advice and adjustments as needed.

· Business Development: Own the development and management of your business, leveraging Fortivus Wealth Group’s resources and building a referral-based clientele.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Licensing and Designations:
    • Must obtain PA Life & Health Certification, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6 or 7, and 63
    • Ideal designations (can be worked on post hire) are CLU, ChFC, CFP
  • Excellent time-management, strong written and verbal communication, and proven leadership abilities
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred

  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field
  • Demonstrated success in sales, client services, or other client facing roles
  • Previous experience in financial services is a plus
  • Former or current Financial Advisors are encouraged to apply
