Our Farmers Insurance agency is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer who is ready to build strong customer relationships, develop professionally, and grow within the insurance industry. Insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to succeed.

As an Insurance Producer, you will help individuals and families identify insurance solutions that fit their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting prospective customers by phone, email, text, and other approved communication methods
  • Following up consistently with leads and prospective customers
  • Asking thoughtful questions to understand each customer’s needs
  • Preparing and presenting insurance quotes
  • Educating customers about available coverage options
  • Selling auto, home, renters, life, business, and other insurance products
  • Cross-selling additional products to new and existing customers
  • Building referral relationships within the community
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer conversations and sales activity
  • Meeting individual and agency sales, activity, and retention goals
  • Participating in sales training, coaching, role-playing, and team meetings
  • Providing professional and responsive service throughout the sales process
  • Following all agency, carrier, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable being held accountable
  • Confident initiating conversations and asking for the sale
  • Persistent and able to follow up without becoming discouraged
  • Personable, professional, and customer-focused
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads and priorities
  • Coachable and willing to practice new skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
  • Able to communicate clearly by phone, email, text, and in person
  • Dependable and committed to being an active member of the agency team
What We Offer

  • Potential Performance-based Bonus Opportunities
  • Licensing guidance and support for qualified candidates
  • Product, systems, and sales training
  • Ongoing coaching and professional development
  • Opportunities for increased responsibility and career growth
  • A supportive, team-oriented agency environment
  • The opportunity to build long-term relationships while helping protect local families and businesses
Ready to Take the Next Step?

If you are looking for an opportunity where your effort, follow-up, and results matter, we would like to hear from you.
