Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children? Do you have a love for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and supportive environment? If so, we would love to hear from you!
The Waukesha County Technical College Child Development Center & Learning Lab (CDC) is a non-profit, high-quality early learning program on WCTC's Pewaukee campus. The CDC is licensed by the WI Department of Children and Families (DCF) to provide care to children 6 weeks to 8 years of age. As a nationally accredited program with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), the CDC supports children and families of WCTC students, faculty, staff, and our local community members. The CDC is the community partner site for 4-year old Kindergarten with the Pewaukee School District and serves as WCTC's laboratory school for the Early Childhood Education associate degree program. This integration raises the adult-child ratio, brings fresh ideas, and keeps WCTC at the forefront of early childhood education in our region. The CDC continuously seeks passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our team.
