Job Description

We have an immediate hiring need for our full-time manufacturing Machine Operator 2. This is a 3rd Shift role (Sun-Thurs, 10:00PM - 6:00AM). You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Mequon, WI. You will operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks. Check and inspect operations against predetermined tolerances.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Experience following documented work instructions, schematics, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
  • Perform semiroutine assignments across multiple workstations.
  • Experience working with electronically controlled processes and components.
  • Operate soldering equipment, wave solder, conformal coat systems, and related machinery.
  • Handson experience operating multiple machines simultaneously.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues in collaboration with technicians and team lead.
  • Recognize when deviations from standard processes are required and escalate them appropriately.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 1 year of verified related experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Typically requires 1 year of previously related experience.
  • Experience working with full PCB layouts and electronic assembly processes.
  • Prior exposure to machine interaction, automated equipment, or multistation workflows.
  • Experience supporting rootcause analysis or equipment failure troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with linking job information, canning processes, or MES data tracking.
  • Work in a fastpaced, highmix manufacturing environment.
