Warehouse Associate

Brighton, CO | Starting Pay $18.50 - $32.00 Hour/DOE | Opportunity for Monthly Bonus | PTO Immediately | Free Employee Healthcare | 401K with Company Match

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting production by managing warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Gain and apply knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Assist production through a basic understanding of warehouse processes.
  • Crosstrain across multiple warehouse and production processes.
  • Assist with cycle counts and manage inventory with strong attention to detail.
  • Report damages and inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare material for shipping, including palletizing, waterproofing, and banding.
  • Maintain and clean tools, equipment and work and storage areas to meet safety standards.
  • Other tasks as trained and qualified to do.
Requirements for success:
  • Must be a team player, flexible, and willing to assist as needed.
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
