Starting Pay: $22-$26/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $40-$55/hour total compensation. There's no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
Bonus Structure:You'll work in a crew of three. Once you operate as a Lead Installer or Team Lead, you are eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency. The more efficient your team, the higher your potential earnings.
