We are currently looking for an Experienced Water Utility Excavation Foreman to join our team in Littleton, CO.
Our foreman executes the details of each well-thought-out project. Our company depends on this team member to do what it takes to provide the best solutions for our customers.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting pay is $35.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience.

What We Need From You:

  • Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report
  • Manage a 4-man Repair Crew
  • Experience Operating Backhoe and Excavator
  • Experience with excavating around existing Utilities
  • Experience with Water Main Repairs
  • Experience with Gate Valve Repairs and Replacement
  • Experience with Fire Hydrant Repairs and Replacements
  • Experience with Water Taps ¾” through 2”
  • Experience with Sewer Point Repairs
  • Have a CDL A or required to obtain an CDL A
  • Ability to be on call for 1-week each month (on call compensation provided - required)
  • Interact with the customer and district & city representatives on a daily basis
  • Maintaining a safe work environment and jobsite
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and professional attendance, and punctuality.
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Possess problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well in stressful situations
  • Be a self-motivated team player who can work well with others
  • Complete all daily paperwork

Desired Qualifications:

  • OSHA-10/Trench Safety Training
  • First Aid/CPR certification
  • Confined Space certification
  • Emergency Repair Experience
