Water Mitigation Technician

Serving Columbus Area- I-70 Loop

All Claims Repairs โ€“ 43 Years As A Trusted Leader in Restoration amp; Property Damage Solutions!

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

NO RECRUITERS

We are seeking a reliable amp; hardworking Water Tech to respond to emergency water damage situations, mold remediation and structural drying. All Claims Repairs is committed to helping our clients to recover and restore properties to pre-loss condition quickly with professional care.

Your Role

  • Respond promptly to emergency water damage calls
  • Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification
  • Monitor moisture levels and record accurate readings
  • Set up and take down drying equipment
  • Clean and disinfect affected areas
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • IICRC Certification (Water Restoration Technician โ€“ WRT amp; ASD)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

  • MICA/Mitigate Training
  • Previous experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction
  • Familiarity with moisture meters and drying equipment
