With a commitment to customer service and a fleet of over 30 trucks operating 24/7, we ensure fast and efficient solutions for all our clients' needs. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Water Department Manager to lead and grow our water treatment division (Dr Johns H20).

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building teams, improving processes, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily operations of the Water Department
  • Coach technicians
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining healthy gross profit margins
  • Monitor department KPIs, budgets, and profitability
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and follow
  • Manage equipment and vendor relationships
  • Support technicians in the field when needed
  • Develop sales strategies for water treatment products
  • Work closely with company leadership to achieve department goals
