Job Title: Account Executive, Watches
Location: Onsite Monday - Thursday, Friday remote
Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support sales growth for our branded watch lines, with a focus on Off-Price and International accounts. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 3-5 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in watch sales, build buyer relationships, and develop strong account management skills.
The Account Executive will support existing accounts, help identify new growth opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strong assortments, execution, and service to our retail partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of assigned office price and international accounts, building relationships with buyers and ensuring strong day-to-day account execution and service.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets across watch categories.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth goals across watch categories.
  • Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with buyers through regular outreach, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts and support outreach to potential new customers as assigned.
  • Monitor sales trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to help inform sales strategies and presentations.
  • Track sales performance, maintain account data, and prepare reports using Excel to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on assortments, deliveries, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within watches, fashion jewelry, accessories, or a related fashion category.
  • Prior experience working with jewelry, watches, or fashion accessories is strongly preferred.
  • Strong passion for sales with a proactive, relationship-driven personality and eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and support reporting.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with buyers and internal teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
