Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate with a proven track record of success in a luxury retail environment and a minimum of 3 years of watch sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals, driving watch sales, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills, as the business serves clients both nationally and internationally. The candidate should be comfortable using technology and social media platforms, and ideally be confident appearing on camera for social media content. Jewelry sales experience is a plus.

Compensation is competitive and includes health benefits for eligible full-time employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-end customer experience while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing clienteling efforts.

• Support and grow the watch business through product expertise and exceptional service.

• Assist in developing and maintaining the social media presence of the watch department.

• Maintain store presentation standards and assist with inventory management.

• Support store opening and closing procedures.

• Process repair transactions, monitor quality control, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner.

• Partner with the marketing team to support promotional and branding initiatives.

• Merchandise products throughout the sales floor to maintain an appealing presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of 3 years of watch sales experience in a professional retail environment.

• Jewelry sales experience and product knowledge are preferred.

• Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, products, and industry terminology.

• Passion for staying current with watch industry trends, products, and news.

• Willingness and ability to travel for brand and product training as needed.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using social media platforms to support sales, client engagement, and brand awareness.

• Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.

• Ability to resize watch bracelets, change straps, and handle luxury timepieces with care.

• Watch battery replacement experience is a plus; training will be provided.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
