What We Will Offer You: 

  • Hourly Pay Rate of: $20.10
  • Full Time Schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

         Provide excellent service by receiving, processing, and distributing merchandise to stores.

         Supervise daily activities of warehouse associates and drivers.

         Assist management in covering and running shifts.

         Help with scheduling to ensure all shifts are covered.

         Process deliveries accurately, timely, and efficiently, adhering to delivery schedules.

         Use computer systems to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations.

         Facilitate transporting orders and returns between the warehouse and stores.

         Implement product rotation based on code dates in the warehouse and stores.

         Assist with maintenance responsibilities and activities in the warehouse.

         Ensure accurate and timely ticketing according to branch standards.

         Review incoming orders and inform the Warehouse Manager of any errors.

         Train new hires & provide daily training and coaching to the staff.

         Accurately enter information from ordering and receiving forms into the Retail Management System (RMS). 

         Stock, date, rotate and check product temperatures.

         Maintain effective communication and working relationships between associates and management.

 

Required Qualifications: 

         Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.

         Experience with inventory management; SAP experience is a plus.

         Forklift and pallet jack experience required.

         Flexible availability, able to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

         Experience in receiving, storing, and delivering inventory.

         Good organizational and time management skills.

         Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.

         Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs.
