Job Description:
The Returns Associate reports directly to the Returns Manager. The Returns Associate performs all returns functions including but not limited to: Processing returns, scanning, counting, moving product, and unloading truck trailers. The returns clerk demonstrates behavior that supports AWBC core values.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Scan product on the Eurosorter.
  • Scan or key orders per established process.
  • Responsible for following all safety rules, regulations and guidelines.
  • Accurately identify the correct items from their correct location.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills
  • Basic Mathematical Skills
Physical and Environmental Requirements
  • Must be Able to:
  • Stand for long period of time, up to 4 continuous hours, 8 - 12 hours during a shift.
  • Walk up to 8 miles a day. Walking short distances through the department/building.
  • Use hands/arms to operate required equipment and repetitive motion activities.
  • Lift objects up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
  • Communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device.
  • Bend, stoop or crouch while performing daily activities of the job.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.

Must be able to work in variable work locations.
