HIRING IMMEDIATELY: COOLER RECEIVING SUPERVISOR IN BRIGHTON, CO
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Cooler Receiving Supervisor to join our team in Brighton, CO. This leadership role is responsible for supervising the Receiving Department during 3rd shift, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring associates meet safety, sanitation, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and experience working with warehouse management systems. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $57,748 to $60,000/yearly

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the Receiving Department and receiving office clerks
  • Assign work, schedule breaks and shifts, and assist with employee performance evaluations
  • Support warehouse associates with policies, procedures, and operational guidance
  • Address customer concerns, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards are maintained throughout the warehouse and office areas
